Recommended to the Queen for a Conditional Pardon 6 August 1844. Approved vide Government Gazette July 1844. Extending to the Australian Colonies 12/8/45.
 

[Joan Proud advises that "WT" and "WHB" are magistrates initials, "TL" is short for "Ticket of Leave", and suggests that "WHB", could stand for "W.H. Breton"]
